The flesh resembles a piece of steak when raw with a deep reddish brown hue and feels firm to the touch.
It is best seared on either side in a hot frying pan to your preference or served raw in tuna tartare or sashimi.
The tuna steak comes vacuum packed for your convenience.
You can use it within 3 days from the fridge or up to 3 months from the freezer.
