One of the most popular South African fish, Kingklip’s flesh is firm and white and has a mild but slightly sweet flavour when cooked.
As well as roasting, the firm flesh of Kingklip works well in stews and curries as the large firm flakes hold well. These fillets will take slightly longer to cook than other white fish because of the density of the fish.
We debone and skin the kingklip for you, and it comes vacuum packed for your convenience.
You can use it within 3 days from the fridge or up to 3 months from the freezer.
